This new 37,300 S.F. manufacturing, warehouse, and office facility for Other World Computing (OWC) utilizes sustainable design technologies and construction practices, and was certified LEED Platinum in April 2010. This energy efficient design incorporates a geothermal heat pump HVAC system and wind turbine renewable energy production.  Additionally, hybrid solar lighting, a building automation system, reflective roofing, and a pervious pavement system are just a few of the building's many green features. 

The OWC facility is a high-performance building which demonstrates the possibilities and benefits associated with environmentally responsible design and construction.
