The client requested the design of the warehouse to have a facade reminiscent of a traditional market/grocery store. A pedestrian-scale retail entry was achieved by stepping the building profile and creating a neighborhood ambiance. Some of the details include the arched windows, prefinished metal awnings, residential-style light fixtures, and benches. Additional landscaping also created a more inviting facility.
