The planning concept for this facility was to consolidate the assembly, warehouse, and corporate offices into one facility creating a new corporate headquarters. The design concept was for the facility to take on the character of the product: clean and modern with an emphasis on quality without extravagant spending. In order to accentuate the corporate office, it was pulled out from the "box" of the warehouse, drawing the majority of attention to the entrance of the facility.  The remainder of the facility was divided with the cross flow of product from receiving to assembly, to warehouse to shipping, into an integrated whole.
