Goya Foods is a 154,736 S.F. freezer/cooler facility which includes 8,147 S.F. of mezzanine space above the office area for future administrative growth. The first floor consists of 8,754 S.F. of office, 9,600 S.F. of freezer space, two areas totaling 7,300 S.F. of cooler space, and 3,900 S.F. for the packaging area. The floor under one of the cooler areas was constructed to accommodate a future 5,000 S.F. freezer area expansion. The project site was master planned to accommodate a warehouse expansion of an additional 140,000 S.F.
